The Regulations apply to guests of the restaurant “The Piano Bar” located in Prague at Na Příkopě 852/10, hereinafter referred to as: Piano Bar or Premises.
Guests of Piano Baru are obliged to read these Regulations.
Entering the premises, purchasing a ticket or making a reservation is synonymous with acceptance of the Regulations.
The fee for the entrance to the event organized by Piano Bar is not subject to negotiation and is not refunded in the event of exit from the Premises. The ticket is single-use, it is forbidden to transfer the ticket (bands) to third parties.
The premises are subject to constant video monitoring.
Guests of Piano Bar agree to be in the elevated sound intensity zone.
The service of the premises may refuse to provide the service in justified cases, in particular the provision of alcohol to an intoxicated person.
Piano Bar is a private place that does not carry out public activities. The premises, reserves the right to select Guests in accordance with the provisions of § 3 below.
§2
Recording events
The premises reserves the right to record events taking place on the premises, in particular by taking photographs and film materials using audiovisual equipment.
The possibility of recording events by guests, in particular by taking photographs and film materials using audiovisual equipment, requires prior consent expressed by Piano Bar.
Guests agree to distribute their image registered during events organized by Piano Bar, including in cooperation with Partners, for the own purposes of the Premises and Partners sponsoring organized events, in particular direct marketing, promotional and information,
The consent referred to in paragraph 3 above shall be granted without time and territorial restrictions and shall include all known fields of exploitation, in particular: the use and operation on the Internet, including on social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, public playback and sharing, reproduction and publishing in any form and technique, including copies of leaflets, posters, billboards.
§3
Door policy
Persons over 21 years of age with proof of identity have the right to enter the Premises. Piano Bar employees are entitled to identify guests in order to determine their identity and to verify their age.
For safety reasons, employees of the Premises have the right to refuse entry to the premises, in particular: when the maximum occupancy of the premises, intoxicated persons or under the influence of other narcotics is achieved.
Guests of the premises are subject to dress code Smart Casual. Piano Bar reserves the right to refuse entry to people who do not comply with the standards of the Premises or the nature of the event.
The provisions of this paragraph shall also apply to Guests who have previously booked seats in the Piano Bar or covered by such a reservation.
Persons staying in the Piano Bar are obliged to strictly follow the recommendations of the premises, aimed at ensuring safety and order, under the rigour of paragraphs 8 and 9 below.
It is forbidden to bring to the premises:
food;
drinks;
alcohol;
narcotic drugs and other substances the possession and distribution of which is prohibited by law;
items that may endanger the health or life of guests, such as knives, firearms and gas, pyrotechnic products.
The premises are completely prohibited from smoking tobacco products, including the use of tobacco heaters such as Iqos, Glo, etc.
Employees of the premises are entitled to search the contents of handbags, backpacks and clothing. In the event of refusal to undergo inspection, Piano Bar reserves the right to refuse entry to the premises.
Guests behaving aggressively or posing a direct threat to other Guests, their property and the property of the Piano Bar, in a state of alcohol intoxication, who are under the influence of narcotic drugs and their conduct infringing the Regulations will be removed from the premises.
In the event of a gross violation of the Regulations, dedicated employees of the Premises have the right to use the measures provided for by law to immediately ensure safety.
§4
Events
About planned events, the premises provide information on the website: www.thepianobarprague.com and social media profiles, i.e. Instagram @thepianobar_prague and Facebook https://www.facebook.com/thepianobarprague which are the official communication channels of Piano Bar.
Piano Bar reserves the right to cancel the organized event without giving a reason. In connection with the cancellation of the event, the Guests are not entitled to any claims against the Premises.
The premises is not responsible for the action of force majeure or random events that affect the implementation of the event, in particular: the artist’s illness, fire, evacuation ordered by the police and fire services, disaster, bomb alarm. In the situation referred to in the previous sentence, the Piano Bar will not be obliged to refund the money for tickets or to compensation for other claims related to the failure to take place or interrupt the event.
Guests who have purchased tickets or tickets for events organized by Piano Bar are not entitled to return them.
§5
Reservations
Reservation of seats in the Premises can only be made by calling +420 730 44 44 33, by e-mail at: reservation@thepianobarprague.com or via the website https://thepianobarprague.com/
In order to confirm the reservation, the Guest is obliged to pay the deposit in accordance with the applicable price list provided during the booking.
Reservations are covered by the minimum required amount of consumption, according to the information provided to the guests during the booking. Guests will be obliged to pay the account in the amount not lower than the agreed minimum amount of consumption regardless of the realized consumption.
The reservation can be made for a maximum of 15 people.
In the case of bookings of more than 6 people, the premises reserves the right to add a service in the amount of 10% of the account.
Reservations can be made at the latest at 23:00.
Reservations are valid for 30 minutes from the set and confirmed time of the reservation. At the request of guests, it is possible to extend the duration of the reservation, but not longer than by 45 minutes in total. After this time, Piano Bar reserves the right to release the places covered by the reservation.
In the situation referred to in section 4 section 2 above, the guests are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid for the confirmation of the reservation. In other cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
The premises are prohibited from organizing bachelorette and bachelorette parties.
§6
Responsibility
Guests are told for the material damage caused in the premises.
The person making the reservation shall be liable for any material damage caused by or to the guests covered by the reservation.
The security personnel of the Premises have the right to apply direct coercive measures, including the purpose of immediately transferring the Guest to the competent authorities.
Piano Bar is not responsible for damage caused in property or on a person, including the area adjacent to or within the Premises.
Piano Bar is not responsible for items left or lost on the premises.
§7
Regulations of the locker room
The basis for the release of the stored clothing is a number belonging to Piano Bar.
For the loss or destruction of the number, the Guest will be obliged to pay the amount of 300 CZK.
In the case of a lost number, items will be issued after the end of the event or at another date jointly agreed by the Parties.
Piano Bar is responsible for clothing left in the cloakroom up to 8000 CZK.
§8
GDPR
The administrator of the personal data of the Guests is N26 limited activity company with its registered office in Prague, CRN: 23398809 (reservations@thepianobarprague.com, tel. +420 730 44 44 33).
Personal data are processed in order to:
performance of the contract, including the acceptance of the reservation – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and to the extent that the provision of data is optional, on the basis of your consent – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
taking action at your request before the conclusion of the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
compliance with legal obligations incumbent on the Controller on the basis of generally applicable legal provisions – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
implementation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in the possible determination or assertion of claims or defense against claims – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Personal data will be processed for a period of at least one year from the performance of the contract, unless the parties have decided otherwise, and in the case of data provided optionally – until the withdrawal of consent. The period of data processing may be extended each time by the limitation period of claims or defense against such claims by the Administrator.
The data may be transferred to employees, cooperating persons, IT system providers and IT services, postal operators and couriers, entities providing services to the Administrator necessary to perform the contract concluded with you and bodies authorized to receive your data on the basis of legal provisions.
The data will not be subject to profiling and will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.
Guests have the right to: access to data, receive a copy, rectify and delete them, transfer, limit processing, object to data processing, withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the authorised officials of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to perform the contract.
